Seeking a Customer Service driven individual with Automotive experience to fulfill an opening with a reputable manufacturer in the Riverport area of Louisville, KY.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and provide general information such as pricing, availability of products and product specifications
- Enter customer orders into AS400
- Validate account information and assist customer with routing selection to meet delivery needs
- Provide parts application assistance through use of parts manuals, bill of materials, engineering drawings or change notices
- Receive, evaluate and answer customer inquiries of technical nature
- Resolve problems associated with orders and shipments
- Offer alternative solutions when primary suppliers cannot meet customer needs
Schedule: 11:30am - 8pm, Mon - Fri
