Job Description:

With various administrative duties to perform as well as maintaining excellent guest relations, managers with the casual-dining chain usually need at least two years of experience in the restaurant industry. Supervisors typically remain in charge of hiring, training, and motivating subordinate employees, creating daily sales and profit reports, scheduling employees, utilizing marketing campaigns, and ensuring total guest satisfaction. Requirements:
