Job Summary:The CNA works under the supervision of the RN, LVN, or physician, and assists in the delivery of direct patient care. The CNA performs various duties to assist the nursing and physician staff in the care and treatment of patients, in accordance with established policies and procedures, and unlicensed assistive personnel scope of practice.
