Attractions Attendants service guests at our lodges' various attractions through such functions as educating guests on game play and operation of any related equipment, conducting courtesy transactions (e. g., redeem tickets for prizes), and answering questions. Attractions Attendants may be assigned to work in any of our lodges' attractions, including:

  • MagiQuest
  • Arcade
  • Ten Paw Bowling Alley
  • Rock Wall
  • XD Theater
  • Mining
  • Great Forest Challenge
  • Laser Tag
  • Mini Golf
  • Outdoor Attractions

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the daily operation of the attraction adheres to operating procedure guidelines.
  • Assist in merchandising functions including display and store design, inventory receiving, stocking, and merchandise pricing.
  • Perform cash-handling functions, including point-of-sale (POS) system, registers, and daily reporting.
  • Ensure retail outlet adheres to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
  • Support Project Green Wolf, our company-wide environmental sustainability initiative.
  • Promote a safe and professional workplace by adhering to policies and procedures outlined in the Great Wolf Resorts Handbook.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent; may have current enrollment.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong customer focus and communication skills.
  • Outgoing and assertive personality.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to read and write English, and to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, and procedure manuals.
  • Basic math skills with ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
  • Flexible regarding scheduling as it is based on business demands.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
  • Ability to stand/sit for long periods of time.
  • Ability to bend, stretch, and twist.
  • Ability to work in environments that may be dimly lit, loud, or that utilize flashing lights.
