About this job

Responsibilities

Maintain employee records for Health, Dental, Life, Flexible Spending Accounts, FMLA leave and 403(b) pension plans

Administers all aspects of FMLA, workers compensation, employee benefits, OSHA logs, short and long term disability including: execution/administration of paperwork, communication with employee/insurance carrier, oversight of payroll implications, monitoring
of key trigger dates and action points

Inform and enroll new employees in Agency s current benefits plan Conduct monthly audits on all insurance bills through the use of reports

Coordinate 403 (b) enrollments and appointments

Receive, process, and track requests for benefit changes including but not limited to address changes, and changes to payroll deductions

Process Workers Compensation claims and follow-up with each open case

Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all levels of staff and management

Deliver excellent customer service and support to all levels of staff at all times

Provide assistance and support to the HR department as needed

RequirementsQualifications: High School diploma plus two years Human Resources experience
Knowledge of and experience administering FMLA law highly preferred
Experience and/or knowledge of Ulti-Pro, Benefits, Worker s Compensation, Medical Leave a plus
Experience with creating and maintaining spread sheets; data entry and organizing computer files; ability to work accurately in a busy environment
