Job Description
  • Data Entry of orders and customer information
  • Create and import Sales Data for all non-EDI related orders
  • Manage daily orders: cancellations, tracking number updates, check order status, change of address, etc.)
  • Create shipping documents
  • Release and print out picking tickets
  • Submit routing request and Bill of Lading (BOL) documents
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve any issues with orders
  • Submit ASN’s, invoice number and Proof of Delivery (EDI)
  • Print small Parcel’s shipments for Amazon-Direct Po’s
Job Requirements
  • Strong work ethic
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work well with others / team player
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of ERP and EDI is preferred but not required
  • Excellent attendance
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Desire to learn
  • Act in a professional manner
  • Sage 300 experience a plus
Hours: Monday ~ Friday, 7am to 4pm
