Accounts Receivable Coordinator - Full-time / Part-time

PrideStaff Financial is actively looking to identify the right accounts receivable candidate with high volume experience. The right candidate could have a background in either industrial or corporate is preferred. An ability to handle a high volume workload while maintaining an exceptional level of accuracy is critical. Below are some of the specific responsibilities associated with the role.

-Review all credit balance reports and aged trial balance reports to make all appropriate corrections and refunds.
-Work closely with insurance companies to identify correct client responsibility and amount owed.
-Research credit balances to assure accurate allocation of potential refunds.
-File all adjustments on any charges due to incorrect or late charges and incorrect or late payments.
-Responsible for applying credits or transferring payments from one payer to another and applying any contractual adjustments.
-Reconcile monthly cash posted in the accounts receivable program.

-Minimum of 2 years experience
-Secondary Education required
-MS Office proficient
-Effective verbal and written communication skills
