School Manager

A highly successful acting school is looking for a strong leader to be oversee the day-to-day management of the school.

Typical Duties
  • Oversee office employees and supervise teaching staff.
  • Responsible for enrollment, contracts, and scheduling
  • Manage the annual budget and report to senior management
  • Input data and run reports
  • Prepare correspondence to students and supporters
  • Plan key events for fundraising and enrollment
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 5 years of experience running an office staff of at least 3 people
  • Previous experience running a school including supervising teachers is preferred
  • Highly proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite, QuickBooks, and FileMaker Pro or other contact management tool
  • Excellent organization skills and detail oriented
  • Great sales, customer service and phone skills
  • Demonstrated creativity and resourcefulness
  • Able to work Monday through Friday, 11:00 am to 7:30 pm and on weekends as needed
