Staff Accountant
We are seeking a Staff Accountant to manage client write-ups, including posting of cash receipts and cash disbursements, check writing, bi-weekly payroll processing, monthly bank reconciliations, credit card allocations, journal entries, quarterly sales tax and commercial rent tax returns, G/L review for tax preparation, create and manage weekly or monthly spreadsheets upon client request/specifications, prepare personal financial statements; handle special projects as needed.

- Candidate must be organized and detail-oriented with good understanding of accounting practices and procedures.
- Experience with QB and/or other accounting software programs is a plus.
- High comfort and abilities with computers, technology savvy, proficient at word and excel.
- Must be able to to multi task.
