Customer Service Representative needed!
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Order entry
Providing outstanding customer service
Problem resolution
Process orders for shipment
MUST have previous customer service & order entry experience. Experience working for a wholesaler, manufacturer, distributor a PLUS!
Requirements:
Strong communication skills and problem solving abilities needed.
Professional and friendly demeanor
Proficiency with MS Office, QuickBooks exp. a PLUS!
Ability to type 60 WPM
Bilingual English/Spanish a preferred!
Strong attention to detail
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
Temp to hire position!
Salary is contingent upon experience
