The Burlington Stores Distribution Center is looking for an energetic leader, to join us as an Operations Supervisor. We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of leadership/management experience, that will help us with the daily direction and supervision of our Burlington Distribution associates. We have a fun team that likes to work together and is passionate about the future of Burlington Stores, and we hope to find someone that will also bring that drive to this role and run our operations in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.
Additional responsibilities will be to maintain schedules, monitor job performance, problem solve, and monitor productivity to ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, merchandise damage minimization and safety. The supervisor will so be responsible for ensuring that operations are conducted in accordance with OSHA standards.
