About this job
Overall responsibility of operations for field office and regional inventory operations. Responsible for staffing, inventory execution, service delivery and financial results. Travel to job sites and ensure operational success while developing subordinate managers to operate jobs. Build strong client relationships.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree strongly preferred, but will consider candidates with extensive experience and Associates Degree. Ability to travel as needed, including some overnight travel. Ability to work autonomously. Previous experience leading operational units in a customer-facing environment; Retail, Restaurant, Warehousing preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. History of developing talent. Understanding of financial reports and ability to achieve goals.
