Assistant Manager - Full-time

Reports To:  Assistant and General Manager

Under general supervision, assists the Assistant Manager and General Manager in all operational and financial aspects of the restaurant. The Associate Manager helps with staffing, equipment, product control, customer service, and general upkeep of the restaurant. Business will be conducted through open communications with customers, auditing, and coaching employees.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise preparation, cooking, and serving of food with utmost concern for food quality.
• Manage customer service and ensure that all customer complaints are resolved.
• Oversee store safety, and implement proper sanitation practices.
• Perform proper cash handling and reporting of all monies to the corporate office.
• Provide on-the-floor supervision to oversee line production and customer service.
• Assist the General Manager in hiring, training, and termination of crewmembers.
• Make a positive contribution to the profits of the company.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, some college preferred, able to pass food safety & sanitation certification.
• Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
