Position Summary:
This position will support analyzing, scheduling, packaging, labeling, controlling, reporting, and questioning usages, consumption's, and remaining raw material and finished goods inventories.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain manufacturing schedule, analyzing and covering all areas of production
Create and distribute manufacturing and release cards per production schedule
Generate purchase orders and maintain daily priority list
Consistently evaluation production demands and capacities
Complete product labeling and packing slips
Communicate and monitor past due scheduling with management and customer service
Complete production scheduling and reporting through company system
Proactively identify raw material needs and shortages based on production demands
Qualifications:
At least 3 plus years of experience planning/ scheduling for production/ manufacturing preferably within a food manufacturing environment
Minimum of a High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office, experience with Access is a plus
Strong attention to detail and demonstrated accuracy
Ability to communicate across departments with production and management
