Mechanic - Full-time / Part-time

This person will be responsible for working on a fleet of trucks, trenchers, excavators, ready mix trucks, tractor trailers & dump trucks.

The company owns 12 different business units within the construction industry and thus why they have so many different types of equipment throughout there shop.

This person will be responsible for DOT inspections, brake jobs, wheel seals, building and replacing hydraulics, installing lights and preventative maintenance.

The fleet of equipment/vehicles in total is about 1900 pieces.

Qualifications: 3 must have's to hire:

-2-3 years mechanic/heavy equipment exp.
-Applicable school exp.
-Must have their own tools (anywhere from $3K-20K) Work Environment:

The environment is a shop style with about 6 bays. The culture is very much related to mechanic work. They play music in the shop and all work together to get the job done. However, there will definitely be jobs they are responsible to complete on their own.

Team size: currently there are 12 mechanics on two shifts.

Opening: 1st shift:1 opening; 7:00am 4:30pm w/ OT (guaranteed to work 1 Sat/month) or 2nd shift if they need it.
