Inside Operations Manager - Full-time / Part-time

One of our clients is looking for a Operations Manager for the Parsippany, NJ location. Please see below for a brief summary of duties.

Job Description:

The Field Operations Manager is responsible for executing customer vehicle relocation services orders. Handles all business operations. Key activities include customer order management/execution, profit and loss management, office staffing and communications with HQ management and personnel

Day to day:

• Manage execution of customer orders- Fleet Management
• Coordinate vehicle pickup, move and delivery
• Work directly with customers and Independent Contractor vehicle relocation drivers
• Manager profit/loss
• Update order status on website, including uploaded photos and scanned documents
• Submit office expense reports
• Prepare and submit invoices, supporting documentation and reports
• Manage office expenses
• Resolve Independent Contractors vehicle relocation driver issues or concerns
• Oversee and manage day to day internal operations and employees in the dispatch department
• Assist with the opening and closing of the office
• Update and expand training and policies and procedures throughout the year
• Conduct yearly employee evaluations
• Follow up and provided guidance on all issues and problem orders to make sure teams are escalating all problems to management
• Provide input and strategic suggestions to the management with regards to the inside operations functions
