Store E-Commerce Supervisor

Position Overview: The Store Ecommerce Supervisor will manage daily operations of shipping product from orders placed online that our shipped from a store by the ecommerce team. We are looking for someone who is focused on the details to ensure that merchandise is accurately shipped. When an order is placed this team will locate the merchandise, prepare and ship to the customer as quickly as possible. In additional, this role will help merchandise the salesfloor and answer our customera??s questions. Whether it is through a processing a timely shipment or a friendly interaction on the salesfloor, this role has a lasting impact on our customers visiting us again. Shopko teammates will be responsible for: - Ensures that all Ecommerce Ship from Store SFS supplies and shipping materials are replenished on time- Continually looks for ways to drive expenses out of the business- Ensure that (SFS) teammates are fully trained and perform their jobs with a high level of skill- Drives sales through offering customers exceptional customer service Minimum Knowledge, Experience & Skills Requirements: - Relevant 4-year college degree or relevant experience - Minimum two years of progressive leadership experience in a retail environment- Knowledge of general merchandising standards and selling techniques for all product lines- Must be able to act decisively in implementing solutions through the team actions- Strong organizational skills for planning work and continuously monitoring progress towards goals- Ability to communicate with customers and teammates- Must demonstrate an exemplary commitment to provide exceptional customer service Company Overview
