Staffmark is seeking talented individuals to fill the role of Machine Operator Helper in the Lexington, KY area. This is a Temp-to-Hire position for the right candidate.
As a Machine Operator, you will be working on production floor doing various jobs such as feeding machines, taking off lines, stacking product, cleaning, etc. Lifting up to 50lbs.
The ideal candidate must have previous manufacturing experience, good mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn quickly. Must be able to read a tape measure/ruler. Must be detail oriented and understand the value of speed and expectation.
Working Hours:


2nd shift: Sunday-Thursday from 3:15 pm to 11:45 pm.
Note: Must be flexible to train on 1st shift for the first two weeks (7am-3:30pm). Hours are subject to overtime before and after the shift or on the weekend.


Pay Rate: $12.00/hr. (2nd shift). Training pay rate: $11.50/hr.
Requirements:


High school diploma or GED is required.


A minimum of six months of manufacturing experience.


Must know how to read a tape measure.


Ability to lift up to up to 50lbs.


Pass a drug test.


Other pre-requisites may apply.
