A successful IT Technician II will have the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Associates Degree or Certificate in Computer Science or related field with two plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and clients
- Team player who has the ability to work effectively with all levels of company personnel and who is flexible to meet customers’ requests with little to no notice
- Knowledge of Windows 7 Professional, MS Office 2013
- This position will require to be flexible with their schedule and requires night and weekend work, both scheduled and unscheduled, and should be available 7 days a week including holidays
The Mobility Support Desk IT TECH will be responsible for supporting the DISH Smart Mobility Solution that our IHS field installers and IHS managers utilize. MSD is a one stop shop for trouble-shooting, phone imaging, shipping, receiving, deploying hardware and software to the field including training, and field replenishment.
- The candidate will have technical aptitude, attention to detail, and be a cross functional player on our team.
- The IT TECH will be leveraged to participate in and support our core function, which is to efficiently enable our installers to do their job with the DISH solution provided to them.
- The IT TECH will work closely with other teams at DISH so we can succeed holistically. Meeting our company goals, team goals, deadlines, and being a team player are required elements as an MSD employee.
