JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
Executes Made-To-Order fittings for men and women. Works directly with Master Tailor on sewing Made-To-Order product. Delivery of tailor products to customers at agreed specifications. Delivery of customer products at agreed time. Coordinates with Master Tailor to facilitate workflow of Levi’s Tailor Shop (LTS).
Executes and is responsible for basic alteration services (i.e. Hemming, patch and repair, tapering, etc.) and more technical alterations (e.g. Fitting/tailoring items other than jeans, where more technical equipment is necessary; detailed appearance altering processes.) Exemplifies and possesses strong customer service skills to elevate our clients experience. Educates and trains store teams on customer offerings and services provided by the Tailor Shop.
