The Marketing Activities Coordinator Provides the vital support to the General Manager in the leadership for the marketing functions for the Restaurant Profit Center. This includes the supervision of the staff to maximize the Restaurant’s profitability by building and maintaining a strong loyal Guest base within company policies. The Marketing Activities Coordinator (MAC) is responsible for the development of location specific marketing promotions and execution of company marketing programs as well as all Restaurant functions while managing the shift(s).
