Sitter Wanted - Special Needs Son

My son, Jonathan (Jonny) is 23 years old. He is a fun loving sweetheart of a guy! He is developmentally delayed and is at a 3.5 - 4 yr old level. He is in a wheelchair but at home he crawls everywhere (FASTLY might I add lol) He loves music and sports and playing in the dirt with shovels and tractors. He talks and is understandable but sometimes when he is tired it is harder. He's incontinent at this time and he takes his meds thru a g-tube. He is in the UCP program during the weekdays and at home having fun all other times. I am looking for a person that is willing to interact with him and play with him. I need someone that is not afraid to interact. We are looking for someone to help us so my husband & I can go on a date or if there are plans on the weekend that we cannot take him too. I am looking for someone for about 30 hours a month. We will pay at least 15 an hour. He gets 30 hours of respite a month thru CVRC ( which would be funded thru accredited) and then the extra 5 - 7 dollars an hour would come thru us. He is a really funny sweet boy, everyone that knows him truly loves him!
