About this job

The Construction Admin will be responsible for supporting the services for Project Managers. They are responsible for the overall coordination and administrative process for Construction Project Management. This person is required to provide administrative direction to various field staff and departments for scheduling.


MUST HAVES:
Construction, property management or service industry background
Experience working with Google applications as well as Microsoft office (quick-books would be a plus)
Ability to make outbound phone calls to customers as well as answer inbound calls with a strong, presentable phone presence

JOB DUTIES:
This person will be connecting with the project manager each day to discuss current and upcoming projects
The admin will work with clients to coordinate schedules such as project start dates and times
The admin will also be verifying employee payroll to ensure hours worked
The booking of hotels for overnight trips will also be required
Scheduling manpower for client specific projects is also a main duty
Compose letters, memos, transmittal's, reports etc. as required
Create and track all approved change orders
Act as a liaison between supervisors, project managers, clients etc.
Track and record equipment releases and define vendor delivery
