Customer Service Representative

This position is a customer service oriented position that is responsible for ensuring customers/consumers receive responses to issues in a timely manner. The Customer Service Representative will answer incoming calls from customers calling into various clients that are outsourced.

Job Responsibilities

The Customer Service Rep will use a script to give accurate and timely responses to customers calling in. They will document accurate messages that will then be dispatched to the proper contact within associated company. The reps main priority will always be answering any calls that are waiting and then documenting all calls handled in a complete, clear, and concise manner.

Preferred Qualifications

-1+ months of customer service or call center experience
-High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in MS Office (Excel: used for tracking purposes) and Internet
-Ability to type 35 WPM
