Our Personal Requirements: You can pass a drug test and background check You possessan outstanding work ethic You strive for dependability You view the care giving field as more than \"just a job\" You gain satisfaction from helping others Our Professional criteria: One year minimum Home Health Aide or Nurse Aide experience Ability to clearly communicate and interact with clients, families, coworkers, and supervisors Ability to follow and process written and verbal instructions Minimum score of 80% on competency exam (NLN TEST) Eighteen years of age or older Sufficient visual and hearing capacities as needed for clients Job Description: By performing housekeeping and personal care, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse with the goal of keeping seniors living comfortably in their own homes. You will function as a non-licensed healthcare employee, conforming to all agency policies, including compliance with the agency Bill of Rights, observing client/family confidentiality, and adhering to our dress code. Companion Level Care Duties: 1. Ability to apply meaningful activities with a client. 2. Attention to client safety 3. Household Management 4. Light Housekeeping 2. Personal Laundry (does not include laundry belonging to client's family) 3. Grocery Shopping 4. Client transfer assistance providing the client has been determined capable of ambulating without assistance and/or another trained caregiver (Including family) is involved. 5.
