Body Shop Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Body Shop Manager Bowditch Ford, a locally owned and family operated Ford dealership that has earned the Ford President's Award for 24 years, is looking for an experienced Body Shop Manager to lead our busy, state of the art collision repair facility. Strong leadership, decision makingskills and the ability to achieve results through others must be proven strengths. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Maintain highest level of customer satisfaction. * Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators including CSI, profitability, cycle time, etc. * Maintain superior relationships with all DRP's * Manage Estimators, Body Shop Administrator & Technician staff, assisting with scheduling, payroll, inventory & tool needs * Manage technician productivity and workflow * Ensure that all repairs are properly documented * Required to maintain the profitability of a department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction. * Required to understand and keep abreast of all federal, state and local regulations that affect their operations. * This is a hands-on, working position REQUIREMENTS: * Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors. * Valid driver's license with clean driving record. * At least 2 years in a similar role * A hard-working can-do attitude * Excellent interpersonal and management skills * I-CAR or ASE certifications are a bonus What We Offer: * 401K * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Short and Long Term Disability * Company paid life insurance * Paid holidays and vacation * Training & Tuition Reimbursement * Brand new state-of-the-art facility * Family owned and operated * Employee pricing on all parts, service and vehicle purchases * Use of company vehicles or demonstrators for eligible employees
