Alegre Home Care celebrates its 25th anniversary providing personal care services for the Marin/Sonoma Counties communities. We seek a TEMPORARY in-office staff member for General Clerical office support. We expect to need this temporary position for approximately 2 months while another staff member is on leave of absence. Some of the clerical duties will include: Greeting customers and employees Administering applicant qualification exams Candidate applications Candidate prescreening interviews Verifying candidate employment and personal references Preparing new hire employee orientation packets Employee personnel file creation and maintenance New hire orientations Assist employees with ongoing training and continuing education compliance General document filing and scanning Weekly client billing invoice creation Prepares Client Admission packets Client documentation filing and scanning Daily and weekly mail sorting and mail routing Answers incoming phone calls and routes to appropriate staff Participates in Care Management Team meetings Supports Director and Care Managers as requested This position is located at our San Rafael office. Work hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. Hourly pay rate is $16.00 An ideal candidate has 1-3 years medical office clerical experience. Enjoys a fast paced and supportive work environment. The ideal candidate will take direction easily, will adapt quickly and excel in a small office environment with clear communication.
