WHAT WE RE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for dedicated professionals to help grow our sales department at our new location in Laurel. This position will support our dealership staff and customers, while assisting in building and representing the brand. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet and guide customers as they appear on the lot or visit the showroom, Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs with sincere interest, Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications, Present no-haggle pricing to customers (*We do not negotiate pricing. We re innovative-remember?), Maintain customer account data in CRM with proper follow up, Enter customer trade-in data into CRM, Assist management with deal related action items as required. REQUIREMENTS: Ability to provide an exemplary customer experience, Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday, Strong desire to create a no-pressure, positive experience, Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections, Quality customer service skills, Possess strong communication and reliable intuition, Persistent, competitive and have a good work ethic, Ability to work well within a team, Focus on the customer s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales, Computer literate and have basic math skills, Must have a valid Driver s license with an acceptable driving record, Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening. Previous automotive sales experience is not required however a background in sales and/or customer service is beneficial.
