Customer Service Qualified candidates for the Client Care Specialist position must possess the following: * Exceptional phone skills. While answering a high volume of calls each day, we emphasize taking our time with each call giving personal attention to each call we answer. Your ability to quickly build strong relationships with our clients will be the key to your success. * Two years of experience in a customer service environment (call center preferred) and/or retail experience. * Ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm and can-do spirit even during the busiest of times. * Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable and professional manner. * Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Must have high degree of self-motivation and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * A relationship builder with the ability to generate and maintain positive, effective relationships with clients and co-workers. * Outstanding customer service skills required. Professional dress and appearance is required. * Ability & willingness to learn & gain proficiency in new software systems. Additional Qualifications and Responsibilities * Biligual prefered; at a minimum, the ability to understand and to make one's self understood to all Spanish speaking individuals. * Some college preferred but not required. * Computer skills include but are not limited to MS Office (Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and Google Calendar. * Candidate must be flexible in working schedules, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation, Benefits and Other Information * Full time position: Monday Friday, may include occasional weekends and evenings. * Part time hours are available. * Competitive base pay plus incentives. * Reference checks and background screening are required for all candidates
