What are Mixtiles Stores?
Mixtiles Stores are a new and strategic initiative for our company. Until recently the only way to buy Mixtiles was using our app. Now, with Mixtiles Stores, our customers will be able to see, touch and play with Mixtiles before they buy.
What does it mean to be a Mixtiles Store Agent?
Customers will walk into a Mixtiles Store not knowing anything about our product. They ll play with it, watch our video and probably have some questions. Mixtiles Store Representatives will be those friendly, smiley people wearing Mixtiles shirts and being super helpful.
What will you do?
Your job is to to help, not to sell. It is up to you to be sensitive enough to know when help is needed and when it s not. Customers will ask you tons of questions. How do Mixtiles stick? How much do they cost? When will I get them? You ll answer their questions in a simple, clear, and friendly way. If they choose to buy Mixtiles, you ll help them download the app and make it happen.
