Part-time Customer Support Representatives act as excellent information resources for billing, programming and troubleshooting questions including suggesting ways for existing customers to get the most value and enjoyment from their DISH experience.Job Duties and Responsibilities:We are currently offering part-time morning and evening shifts and can offer you the flexibility to work a minimum of 20 hours up to a maximum of 32 hours per week. This flexibility works great for current college students! Training for this role is a total of 5 weeks: Tuesday-Friday 5pm-9pm and Saturday Noon-8:30 (Sunday/Monday off).The Part-Time Customer Support Representative answers inbound technical and customer service calls from internal and external customers.
