What We re Looking For We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with call center experience. What We Offer * Competitive Compensation * Benefits Package * Clean Facility * Professional Work Environment * Career Advancement Opportunities RESPONSIBILITIES: * Meet and greet customers in a professional manner in-person & on the phone * Processing payments and invoicing and other miscellaneous office duties * Provide basic information to callers who have general inquires * Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise * Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying * Maintain office supplies for specific location REQUIREMENTS: * Call Center experience a plus * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Experience using Microsoft Office suite * Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously * Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
