Plumbing Sales Lead Coordinator

Job Responsibilities: You are the right hand man/woman for the Plumbing Department Manager, so your primary job function is to assist him with anything and everything that needs to be coordinated for the plumbing department. Generally, those tasks will include: * Screening phone calls and handling the minor things * Daily followup on all leads, including phone calls and e-mails * Daily followup on all estimates created from previous service calls * Coordinate schedules, book jobs, and communicate with the plumbers * Confirm timesheets and labor at the end of each week * Manage overtime and keep the manager informed of any potential overages * Update sales boards * Order materials as needed * Pull city permits * Issue Purchase Orders * Perform Job Costing and create understandable reports for management team Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience Must have a TON of computer experience Must be able to multi-task (serious multi-tasking skills required, we aren t kidding) Quickbooks experience preferred but not required Plumbing/Mechanical experience will get your resume moved to the top, but isn t required Must be a self-starter that doesn t require constant supervision Must be drug free Must have a valid driver s license
