About this job

We are looking for dynamic, organized and detail oriented individuals to join our team and grow within our organization. Responsibilities * Performs as the principal contact between the dealership and the customer for repair and maintenance services * Treats customers in accordance with dealership policies. * Write legible and complete ROs by asking good diagnostic questions to identify customer needs and record the information accurately * Clearly reports all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer * Determines and recommends needed maintenance base on age, mileage, and vehicle history * Prepares complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts and time car will be ready * Ensure all completed repairs have gone through quality control and/or a road test * Establishes follow-up time * Monitors the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequently * Verifies that final invoice reconciles with work performed on the repair order * Explains all completed work and charges to customers Qualifications * Minimum 1 year experience in a service advisory role * Knowledge of automobiles * Positive attitude * High volume mentality * CSI focused What We Offer * Health, Dental and Vision Insurance * Profit Sharing * 401K * Short and Long Term Disability
