Administrative Receptionist

Starting Pay $11 per hour + Mandatory Saturdays + Must look the part for a Luxury dealership As a key member of the Hubler Acura team, the Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers. This position is the starting point of the Acura Experience. This position is responsible for answering phones, greeting customers, and other administrative functions. The Receptionist will be passionate about creating a professional relationship with the customer with the objective to create Brand loyalty. The Receptionist is an excellent multi-tasker: able to answer phones promptly and after the phone call return to prior task. Their strongest features include being organized and reliable and continuously working on creating a welcoming environment for customers. The Receptionist must be a team player to ensure the proper associates are notified when a customer enters the dealership. The Receptionist always follows administrative procedures appropriately. Professional attire and grooming is required on a daily basis. As a dealership can be a high-pressure environment, the Receptionist is able to work under pressure and keep a calm and positive body language to reassure customers.
