Job Duties: Presenting new and used vehicles to prospective customers in a friendly and professional manner by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features. Performing vehicle walk arounds and demonstration test drives with prospective customers while comparing and contrasting competitive models. Prospecting for new customers and customer referrals and maintain consistent rapport with previously sold customers. You will be handling customers email, phone and internet leads-especially following through on commitments made to customers. Working with Sales Manager in order to present purchase or lease options to prospective customers. Learning to overcome objections, asking for the sale, negotiating price, completing sales or purchase agreements and accurately explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing options. Maintaining manufacturer customer satisfaction and training sessions as required. Coordinating work with team members and management. Making sure new and used vehicle display area is neat, clean, and orderly. Following all company policies and procedures. Demonstrating behaviors consistently with Towne Automotive Group in all interactions with customers, employees and vendors.
