Call Center Specialist/Client Care Agent

Job Summary : We are looking for a candidate that is very comfortable on the phone. You will be responding to internet/phone inquiries and making appointments for our dealership with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. Important Things to Know Before Applying... * Business Development or Call center experience is a plus! * Salary plus bonus! * Need to be able to work some nights and weekends. * Must be comfortable working from a script. Also: * Self-confident and goal driven individual with the ability to excel in a competitive environment. * Strong comfort level of calling warm and cold leads via telephone and e-mail to assess customer interest. * Creative and analytic capabilities. * Some sales experience, in any industry, is a plus. * Flexible work schedule. * Bilingual is a plus.
