Field Support Specialist - Restaurant Technology - Full-time / Part-time

E la Carte is seeking a part time Field Support Specialist to provide evening and weekend support to our small business owners.Key Duties will Include:Tracking overall restaurant activity relating to Presto usage.Observe and record all Presto and POS issues experienced.Assist restaurant staff with placing Prestos on tables whenneeded.Describe restaurant scenarios and use cases that conflict with thePresto System.Monitor new Presto features regarding staff and guestengagement.Encourage restaurant staff to strengthen knowledge and trust ofPresto System.Identify factors that decrease usage and adoption and reportback to the ELC Product team.Master Presto server training materials and have a basicunderstanding of the system.Send weekly restaurant activity summaries to ELC Product team.Preffered Skills:Excellent people skills, ability to connect and develop strongrelationships with restaurant managers and staff.Experienced restaurant FOH trainer. Comfortable coaching andsupporting management and staff on restaurant operations.Brilliant note taker able to observer restaurant activity in terms oftable and restaurant staff/guest interactions.Minimum 1 year of work experience in Front of Houserestaurant or hotel operations.Curious about technologyFlexible 8-16 hours a weekDistribute hours betweenFriday PM , Saturday, Sunday (AM/PM)11:30-2:30pm & 5:00-9:30pmGreat for Students wanting to make extra cash, or those interested getting into Restaurant Technology!Contract 2-3 Months
