Homemaker Companions

Right at Home in Bedford, serving elderly clients for the past 13 years, is seeking Homemaker Companions to provide assistance to our clients in their residences. Duties include light housekeeping, preparing meals, running errands and providing local transportation as well as companionship for our clients.

Working one on one with an assigned client or clients allows you to get to know them personally in a relaxed home environment where you can truly contribute and make a noteworthy difference in their day.

We pay travel time and mileage between client residences.

Flexible schedules available - you tell us the hours and days you are available to work and we match you with clients needing service at that time.

We have clients in the following towns:

Arlington, Acton, Billerica, Bedford, Belmont, Burlington, Boxborough, Carlisle, Chelmsford, Concord, Groton, Littleton, Lowell, Lexington, Tewksbury, Winchester, Westford and Woburn.

Must be at least 21 years of age

Must have a car and driver's license

Must have experience with the elderly

Must be able to work independently and take initiative

Must be able and willing to perform job duties including homemaking duties and errands and transports as needed

Must be dependable and compassionate
