In this position, you will
  • Process one-time credit card payments
  • Process one-time checking by phone payments.
  • Provide status of new member applications.
  • Properly documenting all incoming calls with relevant details
  • Perform necessary tasks to complete all calls including HIPAA verifying, successfully completing notes, memos and other correspondence
  • Provide other pay options and Member education on process as needed
  • Reset passwords in online bill pay and respond to any related inquiries from Members that need assistance with webpay process.
  • Includes other related payment or billing related call types as needed such as pay to dates, eligibility of effective date information to facilitate the pay by phone transaction.
  • Appropriately conveying responses to Members in a clear, concise and timely manner, including Member education where applicable.
  • Provide excellent customer service by anticipating and understanding the Member's needs
  • Evaluate information and options and select the alternative that best meet the requirement of the issue(s) presented.
  • Handle all Members in a CARING way:
    • Connect on a personal basis
    • Always sound confident
    • Remember to take responsibility and own the issue
    • I will set clear expectations
    • Never miss a service promise
    • Give exceptional service that is valued & trusted

Do you have the following?
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Competency in using MS Windows
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced work environment
  • 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
