Duties and Responsibilities: * Recruit, train, supervise, assess performance, and coach Service Technicians to meet and exceed customer service / production requirements for new and existing customers. * Schedule, track and report the daily production and calibration data * Maintaining a fleet of vehicles and related equipment * Purchasing and inventory control * Quality control and customer service * Interact daily with customers to maintain relationships and resolve lawn problems * Participate in planning, development and execution of strategy for the future development of the department. * Perform related duties and responsibilities as required to meet company objectives. Qualifications: * Valid driver s license * Mechanically inclined * Knowledge of MS Office * Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills * Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills * Extensive experience in the service industry, sales or customer service * 1-3 years experience in a supervisory role is preferred. * Post secondary education is preferred What We Offer: * Competitive Salary and Bonus Program * Salary ranging from $35,000-$42,500 dependent upon experience * Company vehicle, phone, computer * Varying Benefit Packages * Attractive Working Environment * A Stable, Permanent Position with a Growing Company
