Responsible for generating sales and delivering world-class guest service while helping each guest with their equipment rental. Will also be responsible for assisting with store operations by establishing a personalized rapport with customers, and displaying a high level of product knowledge combined with technical hands on skills.
The essential job responsibilities would be (but not limited to), ensure that the customers individualized needs are met with respect to equipment, product, and/or merchandise questions. Aid and assist other departments as needed. Maintain a flexible schedule to accomodate the needs of the business. Applicant will need to complete all required certifications for this position. Training will be given while on the job. Must be able to carry out specific tasks while simultaniously providing guest service. Effectively communicate product and supply needs to management. Drive business by increasing units per transaction and average dollar per sale.
