Customer Service Representative

AEROTEK Professional Services is seeking an Customer Service Reps in the Addison area.

This position is responsible for initiate conversations about our services with potential customers to generate and pre-qualify purchase prospects.

The candidate will then schedule/transfer the call to a sales associate to continue the conversation.

JOB DUTIES:

• Make outbound cold and warm calls to prospective customers
• Generate interest in our services
• Lead new prospective into the quote process
• Schedule follow-up calls to new customers for our sales team
• Coordinate with Buying, Marketing and Research Departments
• Update and monitor contact records / lists
• Overflow for existing customers
• Data Entry/database management

Qualifications:

• 2 years of Customer Service experience (within a call center setting)
• 1 year of outbound customer service
• High school diploma is required
• Great communication skills (verbal and written)

Shift:

• Monday to Friday from 12pm - 9pm
• High volume contact center
