About this job

Contract to hire.

Customer Service Representatives are the primary contact for insurance agents, end-customers, and clients in the US and Canada. All calls are meant to inform rather than to sell or be argumentative.
There is NO sales in this.

Make at least 14 outbound calls/hour.
Verify insurance with agents (for example if a deduction is too high).

Leave scripted messages when insurance agents don't answer the phone (based on client approved messages).

Talks with insurance agents, end-customers, and clients over the phone to answer insurance related questions regarding the customer account.

Assist customers with problem resolutions to make sure all insurance requirements are met
Verify the correct information on the insurance forms

There is a chance they will take incoming calls from customers once they are trained.

SHIFT:
10:30-7 M-F
OT available on Saturdays

Training: First 2 weeks 8:30-5, they will go through class room training, shadowing, and handling calls with people listening in.
