As a Bartender with M.E. your role will be to provide outstanding customer service while demonstrating mastery over our array of food and beverage offerings ensuring all guests are having a memorable experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrate pride and proficiency buy greeting all guests with a personal welcome, efficiently taking bar and food orders and making them feel appreciated.
- Create hand crafted cocktails using ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar and bitters
- Run It Like You Own It, maintain a clean fully stocked bar and billiard area and perform all applicable opening, mid-day or closing preparation
- Responsible service of alcohol. Verify all guest requesting alcohol beverages meet age requirements through checking identification. Should a guest reach the state you do not feel they should drive, we will supply a taxi. Do not hesitate to ask for management intervention if necessary
- Provide guests looking to PLAY with required billiard tables and shuffleboard equipment
- Have a “Do What It Takes” attitude. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by leadership as required.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Are you at least 21 years of age?
- Are you a wizard at crafting tasty drinks and pouring that perfect beer?
- Can you service a crowd with ease all while maintain a smile?
- Successful completion of Main Event Entertainment Alcohol Awareness Test
