At R&R BBQ we are searching for someone who is willing to grow and learn.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be responsible for the execution of the smoked meats daily for dining in, to-go, delivery, and off-site catering.
- Serve as a point of contact for the meats to the General Manager.
- Organize the smoker room on a daily and weekly basis using the proper rotation of product.
- Track daily meat usage and make appropriate calculations for the day and night meat loads.
- Carry out the cleaning schedule of the smokers.
- Time management and attention to detail is a critical aspect of the job.
- Responsible for regular protein line checks to assure product quality.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with lifting heavier items.
- Be able to stand and walk for a long period.
- Reliable and predictable attendance.
