Weekend Scheduler - Part Time

We are looking for a steady, multi-tasker to join us in our mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families.  This position supports the scheduling department by connecting our caregiving workforce with the needs of our senior clients and is also responsible for handling essential business operations during weekend hours. Our Weekend Scheduler must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to motivate and inspire a team and respond effectively to the changing needs of the seniors we serve.

Candidate must be willing and able to perform caregiving duties with a client as often needed throughout the weekend. This includes helping with personal care tasks such as bathing, toileting and mobility assistance. Valid driver's license and an automobile required. 
 
This position is part-time, working every weekend. In office hours are Saturdays, 8 am to 4 pm and Sundays, 9 am to 3 pm plus on call Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings/overnights.  

Drug screen and criminal background checks are conducted on all applicants.

Education/Experience Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Windows and Office 365 required
  • College grad preferred, high school graduate required
  • Prior scheduling experience preferred
  • Senior care industry experience required
  • CNA or caregiving experience required
