Purpose of Position:
Courteously and professionally provides prompt and friendly guest care by promoting the sale of products to guests through product demonstration. Works under the direction of the Demo Coordinator to provide excellent guest service through the execution of the Company demonstration program. Follows Company demonstration procedures in accordance with the weekly profit line, sales and tracking records. Ensures Company safety and sanitation standards are met at all times.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
1. Provides genuine and personal guest service at all times.
2. Ensures demonstrations are executed as planned and their expectations are met.
3. Ensures the demo equipment is in good working order at the beginning of each demo event. Accounts for condition and inventories equipment at the end of each event.
4. Completes on-site set up and breakdown and clean-up of demo event space.
5. May cook, prepare, slice and weigh product as necessary for demonstration. Performs general clean-up to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
6. Advertises product over the intercom system.
7. Accurately records in-store use of merchandise; handles damaged/spoiled products according to company policy; rotates ingredients/merchandise according to policy and assists in controlling shrink.
8. Clearly documents and communicates guest’s feedback. Resolves any guest issues in a timely and professional manner.
9. Organize demo event details and documents that information in accordance with defined business process.
10. Establishes and maintains good relationships with guests and vendors.
11. Understands and adheres to all company, state and federal policies, rules and regulations. Ensures that these standards are maintained by all employees.

Qualifications:
* Passion for serving people and creating a guest and team focused work environment.
* High School Diploma or GED.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet use.
* 1 year of experience in sales and/or customer service preferably in the food industry.
* Must obtain a current Washington state food handlers permit.
* Must have a current Washington state driver’s license and have reliable transportation
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and high stress situations.
