Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:

Provide tactical coordination and delivery of multiple internal and external communication projects that directly support the Company’s strategic objectives; Ability to develop marketing strategies from planning to implementation; Liaise with all business functions regarding communications services.

General Responsibilities:
  • Brainstorming and developing multi-channel marketing programs in support of internal and client projects
  • Drafting copy and providing creative direction for a variety of client, as well as internal projects, including, but not limited to, print ads, brochures, flyers, websites, HTML eblasts, newsletters, etc.
  • Drafting press releases and internal communications on a variety of business topics
  • Developing media lists, pitching and media monitoring in support of all public relations activities
  • Developing brand activation and special event project plans and closely maintaining project activation timelines
  • Updating and maintaining Company’s social media pages, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
Job Skills:
  • Two to four years experience in marketing, public relations or internal communications fields
  • Creative yet analytical thinker
  • Strong communication (written + verbal)
  • Strong computer skills required (MS Office). Working knowledge of Graphic Design/Print Layout/PowerPoint desired
  • Planning and organizational skills, including samples of communications experience
  • Detail and results oriented
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to be a team player
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
