Job Description:
Provide tactical coordination and delivery of multiple internal and external communication projects that directly support the Company’s strategic objectives; Ability to develop marketing strategies from planning to implementation; Liaise with all business functions regarding communications services.

The Company specializes in Marketing, Creative Design, Web Development, Printing, Mailing, Fulfillment, Signs, Supply Management and Promotional Materials for clients across a broad spectrum of industries, including but not limited to Banking, Beverages, Cosmetics, Cruise Lines, Fast Food, Healthcare and Hospitality.
Job Description:
Provide tactical coordination and delivery of multiple internal and external communication projects that directly support the Company’s strategic objectives; Ability to develop marketing strategies from planning to implementation; Liaise with all business functions regarding communications services.
General Responsibilities:
- Brainstorming and developing multi-channel marketing programs in support of internal and client projects
- Drafting copy and providing creative direction for a variety of client, as well as internal projects, including, but not limited to, print ads, brochures, flyers, websites, HTML eblasts, newsletters, etc.
- Drafting press releases and internal communications on a variety of business topics
- Developing media lists, pitching and media monitoring in support of all public relations activities
- Developing brand activation and special event project plans and closely maintaining project activation timelines
- Updating and maintaining Company’s social media pages, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Two to four years experience in marketing, public relations or internal communications fields
- Creative yet analytical thinker
- Strong communication (written + verbal)
- Strong computer skills required (MS Office). Working knowledge of Graphic Design/Print Layout/PowerPoint desired
- Planning and organizational skills, including samples of communications experience
- Detail and results oriented
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to be a team player
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
