Flapjack’s Pancake Cabin at 956 Parkway, Gatlinburg, TN 37738 (located near the Gatlinburg Convention Center, diagonally across from Ober Gatlinburg and directly across from T.G.I. Responsibilities:

• Preparing ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.)
• Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Cook restaurant orders from servers ensuring quality and accuracy
• Preparing and cooking breakfast and lunch items
• Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
• Keeping kitchen clean, organized, presentable while following all health and sanitation procedures
• Monitor food inventory and follow the Flapjack’s Pancake Cabin’s brand standards
• Pitching in to assist teammates where and when needed

Requirements:

• Breakfast cooking experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 30-50lbs
